Al Abdouli assumed his current role at Marjan in 2018. Marjan’s flagship Al Marjan Island covers 2.7 square kilometers of reclaimed land and features, including 12,000 residential units, 450 holiday homes, and 15,000 hotel keys. In February 2025, Wynn Al Marjan Island obtained a $2.4 billion construction facility to finance its development. Al Abdouli previously held positions with the Ras Al Khaimah Municipality Department. He is also chairman of RAK AMI Hotel, the managing director of the Ras Al Khaimah Dredging Company, and general manager of the Saraya Ras Al Khaimah Company.
