Mardini launched Jetex in Dubai in 2005. The company provides services through 38 private jet terminals globally, including trip planning, aircraft fueling, ground support, and concierge services. In December 2024, Red Sea Global appointed Jetex to operate the private jet terminal at Red Sea International Airport, marking Jetex 's first destination in Saudi Arabia. In June 2025, Jetex signed an agreement with Archer to launch eVTOL for electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft. Mardini is also a board member of the Middle East and North Africa Business Aviation Association and is a member of the World Economic Forum and the Young Presidents’ Organization.
