Ghazaleh joined IWG in 2003 as vice chairman and CEO. The group has four entities under its umbrella: Arab Wings, Gulf Wings, the Royal Jordanian Air Academy, and the Queen Noor Civil Aviation Technical College. In 2024, the group served over 300 aviation clients, and 1,400 students. Notable milestones include a 34% growth in international patients in 2025, the completion of 58 medevac flights since September 2022, and a 16% rise in aviation student enrollment in 2024. Abu Ghazaleh also chairs the United Cables Industries Company.
