Haddad founded Aleph Hospitality in 2015, which operates properties under brands such as Hilton, Hyatt, and Marriott International. In January 2025, Aleph Hospitality signed a management agreement with Marriott International and the Ashaad Company for Sheraton Al Khobar Al Hamra in Saudi Arabia. In June 2025, it signed a deal with the African Hotel Development Group to take over the operations of 26 ONOMO-branded hotels across 15 African countries. By September 2025, Aleph Hospitality’s portfolio will consist of 60 hotels, including 44 hotels in operation and 16 under development. Haddad previously worked with Disneyland Paris and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
