Toscano joined UDC as CEO in September 2023. The company is a Public Investment Fund Company focused on developing AlUla’s hospitality, residential, retail, and commercial sectors. In August 2024, it signed a three-year deal with Live Nation Arabia to manage Maraya in AlUla, the largest mirrored building in the world. In May 2025, the company introduced the 250-key NUMAJ, a nature and heritage-inspired hotel for its Autograph Collection, scheduled to open in 2027 and operated by Marriott International. Toscano was previously the Managing Director of Investment Management Europe at Lendlease, U.K.
