Goh joined Gulf Air Group Holding as Group CEO in January 2023. Gulf Air is the national carrier of Bahrain. In July 2025, Gulf Air signed a $4.6 billion agreement with Boeing to acquire 18 Boeing 787 Dreamliners. In March 2025, it launched direct flights to Nairobi and inaugurated flights to London Gatwick. In November 2024, the airline signed an MoU with Joramco (Jordan Aircraft Maintenance Limited) to explore expanded MRO collaboration. Goh was previously with Star Alliance for 16 years, most recently serving as CEO.
