Inzerillo became the founding CEO of the Diriyah Gate Development Authority in 2018. The Diriyah Company was established in 2022 to develop the $63.2 billion Diriyah giga-project. In 2025, the Diriyah Company awarded a $600 million contract for construction work to Salini Saudi Arabia to develop all assets above ground. It also awarded a $113.6 million contract to Omrania in January 2025 to provide design services for three communities in Diriyah’s Boulevard District. Inzerillo is also the vice chairman of Forbes Travel Guide.
