Anand founded LEVA Hotels in 2018. In 2024, LEVA Hotels debuted its first five-star property in Riyadh’s Al Olaya, with 134 keys in partnership with the Dhaliliyah Group. In the same year, the company recorded a total of 25,637 customers across its properties. As of May 2025, LEVA Hotels expanded into Europe with the launch of EKONO By Leva Hotel Strasser in Graz, Austria. Anand previously held positions at Marriott International and Hilton Hotels while based in Canada.
