Awadalla founded TIME Hotels in 2012 with a single-property startup and has since extended its portfolio to include hotels, serviced apartments, and resorts across the U.A.E., Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar, Morocco, and the Maldives. In 2024, the company signed two management agreements in the Maldives, marking its first expansion into the Indian Ocean region. It also entered a strategic collaboration with the Shiji Group to integrate an advanced property management and central reservation system across its MENA properties, while inaugurating regional offices in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the Maldives.
