Zaal cofounded Zaya in 2008. Zaya’s projects include including ZUHHA, Nurai Island, and Al Barari. In 2025, Al Barari delivered real estate projects worth $272.3 million, led by the IXORA townhouse collection, which focuses on community expansion and nature-integrated living. Zaya will also launch Zuhha Resort, its private island destination on Zuhha Island, in 2025. Zaal is also a board member at FIVE Holdings.
