Zuber assumed his current role in 2020, having joined Kerzner International in 2015. As of June 2025, the group operated 20 resorts under its One&Only, Atlantis, SIRO, and Rare Finds brands. In 2024, Kerzner introduced SIRO One Za’abeel to Dubai. In April 2024, it announced that its first hotel in Saudi Arabia, SIRO Olaya Riyadh, will open in 2028 with 200 rooms. Zuber previously worked with Emaar Hospitality and Hyatt International.
