Al Kaabi took on her current role in 2016. Established in 1983, Erth used to be a U.A.E. Armed Forces club. It was recreated as Erth in 2021. As of April 2025, the company offered 237 commercial rooms, 42 suites, and 13 villas, some of which include private pools. Erth and the Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Authority formalized a strategic sports training and development partnership in an official ceremony held in 2025. Al Kaabi previously worked at the Royal Group, the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation, and Dolphin Energy.
