Mardini founded Jetex in 2005. Jetex operates a network of over 40 private jet terminals worldwide, supported by a team of over 1,100 aviation professionals. ⁠In 2026, Jetex inaugurated new luxury terminals in Milan, Sofia, Red Sea, Jakarta, and Istanbul, which is also the world’s largest VIP terminal. Since 2020, Jetex has been actively executing a global transformation merging lifestyle and hospitality with private aviation, including its 2025 luxury timepiece collaboration with Jacob & Co. Mardini is a board member of the Middle East and North Africa Business Aviation Association and is a member of the World Economic Forum.
