Haddad founded Aleph Hospitality in 2015, which operates over 50 hotels across 23 countries. It is headquartered in Dubai and has regional offices in Riyadh, Casablanca, and Cape Town, and will be opening new offices in 2026 in Abidjan in Côte d’Ivoire, and Nairobi in Kenya. In 2025, it signed a number of management agreements, such as for the Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Dammam, the Grand Iva Hotel in Abha, and with Serene Tower PVT Ltd for the Crowne Plaza Multan in Pakistan in July 2026. Haddad previously worked with Disneyland Paris and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
