Nader and Homsy cofounded ENVI Lodges in 2021. ENVI focuses on experiential lodges, outdoor hospitality, and sustainable practices. It has seven properties in Tanzania, Zanzibar, Oman, and Saudi Arabia. In July 2026, ENVI Paje opened its doors on the shores of Zanzibar. In 2025, ENVI signed ENVI Al Shafa in Saudi Arabia, set to be one of the first lodges of its kind in the mountainous region of Taif, slated for opening in 2027 together with ENVI Al Ahsa in Saudi Arabia and ENVI Al Sifah and ENVI Jabel Akhdar in Oman. In 2026, its first lodge in South Africa, the ENVI Addo Private Reserve, was inaugurated.
