Anand founded LEVA Hotels in 2019, with LEVA Hotel Mazaya Centre its first flagship property in Dubai. It has since expanded beyond the UAE, to across the Middle East, Europe, and West Africa, through four hospitality sub-brands: LEVA Hotel Residences, LEVA, EKONO by LEVA, and ZEN by LEVA. In August 2025, LEVA debuted in Southern Africa with an upscale hotel in Zimbabwe, scaling to a fourth signed project there by April 2026. In June 2026, it entered North Africa with a 106-key property management agreement in Morocco and plans a hotel opening in Nigeria by year-end, targeting 75 new properties by 2032.
