Bergue cofounded Valor Hospitality Partners in 2018. Valor manages 90 hotels across the US, Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, and Africa. Valor’s UAE portfolio expanded from 138 keys in 2021 to 2,500 in 2026, through collaborations with Hilton, Marriott, Radisson Blu, and Hyatt, among others. An additional 3,900 keys across Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Pakistan, and Kazakhstan are underway. In 2025, Valor partnered with the Investment Corporation of Dubai and Accor to manage a six-hotel cluster in Dubai. Valor will manage Manchester City and Radisson Hotel Group's 401-room hotel at Etihad Campus, set to open in 2026.
