Porciani joined JA Resorts & Hotels as CEO in 2024. JA Resorts & Hotels has a portfolio of nine properties comprising 1,879 keys across the UAE, the Maldives, and the UK. The portfolio includes the three Jebel Ali resort properties, JA Ocean View Hotel, and JA Hatta Fort Hotel, among others. In 2025, it made its European debut with Mar Hall Golf & Spa Resort in Glasgow and JA The Bruntsfield Edinburgh. It also launched JA Sports & Shooting Club in Jebel Ali.
