Al-Otaibi has led the company since 2024. Taiba Investments completed corporate transformation and rebranding as TAIBA in 2025. As of July 2026, TAIBA’s portfolio includes more than 43 properties, over 9,000 keys, and 12 local and international brands across seven cities in Saudi Arabia. He also oversaw the expansion of the company's hospitality platform through property launches including Rixos Obhur Jeddah, Makarem Burj Al Madinah, Crowne Plaza Riyadh Al Takhassusi, and Novotel Madinah, adding more than 1,300 rooms to the portfolio. TAIBA currently has 12 hospitality projects under development, including Waldorf Astoria Al Madinah and Sheraton Madinah, and recently signed a strategic partnership with Osool to develop three hotels with more than 1,500 rooms.
