AlRashoud assumed his current position in 2012. BLOMINVEST Saudi Arabia was founded in 2008 by BLOMINVEST Bank, the investment banking arm of BLOM Group. The firm had $4.7 billion in assets under management in 2025. Between 2025–2026, BLOMINVEST signed over $1.6 billion in strategic real estate agreements, sold the Antara Residential Compound for $373.3 million with a 101% return, and launched and managed $845 million in real estate funds. AlRashoud is a member of several organizations including: the Saudi Economic Organization, the Executives Committee of Prince Salman Award for Entrepreneurs, and the National Committee for Young Businessmen.
