Ghouth has led Alkhabeer Capital since 2016, having previously held the position of deputy CEO from 2010. The firm had $2.6 billion in assets under management in 2025. In July 2025, Alkhabeer Capital and Fasanara Capital partnered to introduce fintech-originated private credit solutions in Saudi Arabia, aiming to expand alternative fixed-income opportunities. Ghouth is also the Chairman of the Saudi Innova Healthcare Company, the Al-Jazirah Car Rental Company, and the Takamul Industrial Production Company.
