Al Katerji assumed his current position in 2023. Established in 1999, TFI is the investment arm of Dukhan Bank. As of December 2025, the company had $750 million of assets under management, reflecting a 12.5% increase from 2024. In 2025, its BB Money Market Fund delivered a 4.02% net return, with assets growing to $94 million. Al Katerji is the chairman of Tanween WLL and a board member of Qatar Engineering and Construction Company.
