CIRA provides educational services in the Egyptian private sector. It operates24 schools with over 30,000 students. It also owns Badr University in Cairo, with 16 different faculties. In August 2021, CIRA partnered with Elsewedy Capital Holding to secure 58-acres of land in New Damietta to establish a university to serve over 25,000 students. Investments in the project are expected to reach $136.5 million. In October 2021, the company signed a partnership with Al Ahly Capital Holding to create Al Ahly CIRA for Educational Services
