Alobaid became CEO in January 2019. In H1 2025, the Saudi Arabia–based company reported revenue of $208.8 million. In 2024, it expanded operations with the acquisition of Al-Salam Hospital in Riyadh in September, followed by the opening of RELIP Mental Health & Rehabilitation Hospital in the same month. Care now manages over 1,200 beds across six hospitals and specialized centers. In 2024, it also launched a digital health platform as a Digital Transformation Initiatives offering EMR with AI alerts, clinical intelligent system and patient digital platform.
