Dhaini joined the company in 2011 and assumed his current role in July 2022. In February 2025, Oracle Health EMR platform was adopted by Burjeel Holdings to support data-driven and AI-enabled healthcare delivery. In May 2025, Oracle Health signed a managed technology services agreement with Children’s Cancer Hospital Egypt 57357 to enhance the hospital’s EHR performance. That same month, it also signed an MoU with Saudi Arabia’s Digital Government Authority to support digital transformation through cloud computing and AI technologies. In July 2025, Oracle Health was selected by the Zulekha Healthcare Group to enhance its digital infrastructure. Dhaini has previously worked with SAP and Cerner.
