Al-Hibshi assumed his current position in September 2021. The cluster operates six hospitals comprises of over 1,111 beds. The cluster is currently working with the Ministry of Health in the last steps of the completion of the project of the new 100-bed hospital in Al-Leith in the south of Jeddah, in addition to 3 new primary healthcare centers in Jeddah. Al-Hibshi is also a Faculty staff in King Abdulaziz University in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery. He is also an orthopedic surgeon in King Abdulaziz University Hospital in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and the International Medical Centre in Jeddah.
