Haldar joined PureLab in 2021 as the CEO. Between 2023 and 2025, PureLab expanded to over 145 laboratories across the U.A.E., launched its first stand-alone lab in Dubai, and inaugurated a Reference Laboratory with a 30 million-test annual capacity, secured over 80 new private clients and entered Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia. In 2025, PureLab achieved 11% revenue growth and a 14% increase in testing volumes. Haldar has over 30 years of leadership experience, including nine in healthcare sector.
