Al Yousuf joined iO Health as CEO and board member in May 2023. The company, founded in 2021 and rebranded in 2023, specializes in AI-driven healthcare solutions. Its cognitive AI currently process information of over 32 million people in the region. In February 2025, Saudi German Hospital U.A.E. partnered with iO Health to drive AI-powered healthcare transformation. In November 2024, it signed an MoU with Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Health to advance AI initiatives. Al Yousuf previously led the healthcare division at Al-Futtaim Group, and in 2013, as CEO of Health Funding at the Dubai Health Authority, he oversaw the implementation of Dubai’s mandatory health insurance system (ISAHD).
