Al Omari has been CEO of the Makkah Health Cluster since 2022. During Hajj 2024, the cluster provided over 5,000 patients with remote medical services and delivered on-site dental services in high-density areas of Makkah, while also offering multilingual public health campaign that reached over 500,000 pilgrims and smart guidance through an AI Health Assistant for pilgrims. The cluster consists of 15 hospitals and 118 primary healthcare centers. Al Omari is also an instructor for the Saudi Neonatal Resuscitation Program at the Ministry of Health.
