Aldhaheri was appointed CEO of Daman, a PureHealth subsidiary, in February 2024 after serving as Acting CEO in 2023. Under his leadership, membership surpassed three million in 2024 while total revenue and net comprehensive income grew by 12% and 62%, respectively, since joining Daman in 2023. In H1 2025, Daman’s revenue grew 13.6% to over $1 billion, making up 22% of PureHealth’s total revenue and processed over 52 million annual claims. Aldhaheri previously held executive roles at SEHA.
