Pierce has served as CEO of King’s College Hospital London, Dubai, since January 2022, overseeing 1,263 employees across a 100-bed hospital and six clinics. From 2022 to date, outpatient visits rose 36%, inpatient volumes 37%, and health check-ups 97%. In 2024–2025, King’s introduced AI-powered mammogram analysis and Ambient Clinical Voice, and in November 2024 launched Dubai’s first Paediatric and Adult Liver Transplant Centre of Excellence, following the city’s first adult liver transplant in December 2023. Pierce has 18 years of healthcare leadership experience.
