Pereira has been CEO of OIH since 2021. In September 2025, OIH signed an MoU with the Philippine Embassy to expand healthcare access for the Filipino community, including preferential services, discounted consultations, and outreach programs. Earlier in February, OIH partnered with MaxCare Hospital in Salalah to enhance services in IVF, cancer care, diagnostics, and intensive care.
