Saeed joined Rafed in 2021 and became CEO in February 2022. In 2024, Rafed reported a 27% year-on-year revenue increase to $265 million and a 54% rise in net profit recording $54 million. It also achieved a full medical consumables tender in eight phases, won distributorship rights across the U.A.E. under the DOH UPP program, and signed MoUs with multiple private healthcare providers in the U.A.E. Rafed operates two distribution facilities in Abu Dhabi with a combined capacity of 61,000 pallets. Saeed brings over 30 years of leadership experience in healthcare and FMCG.
