Abdelghany became CEO of Fakeeh University Hospital in 2023 and assumed his role as Group CEO of Fakeeh Health U.A.E. in May 2025. In January 2025, Fakeeh University Hospital in Dubai announced the launch of Fakeeh Health U.A.E., expanding in Dubai with the acquisition of Medicentres Polyclinics. In July 2025, Fakeeh University Hospital, part of Fakeeh Health, collaborated with Dubai Airport Free Zone to launch Dubai’s first smart clinic, Fakeeh Smart Clinic. Abdelghany, previously served as a physician consultant with Joint Commission International (JCI).
