Raghavan took over as the CEO of Response Plus Holding PJSC (RPM) in 2023. RPM provides onsite pre-hospital care, occupational health screening, medical and non-medical training, and medical emergency services. RPM operates over 420 medical sites through its subsidiaries, with operations spanning the U.A.E., Saudi Arabia, Oman, India, the U.K., Switzerland, and Norway. RPM completed the strategic acquisition of the UK-headquartered Prometheus Medical International in 2024. In H1 2025, the company reported $110 million in total assets and $67.3 million in revenues. Raghavan previously served as the Regional CEO in Oman for Burjeel Holdings.
