Hammoud has been leading the hospital since April 2025. In June 2025, Aman Hospital became the first private hospital in Qatar to use a 3D-printed implant in neurosurgery. Hammoud has 25 years of global healthcare management. She was previously Senior Commissioning Consultant at Fakeeh Care Group, and president of the American College of Healthcare Executives - MENA Chapter. She is also the founder of the Lebanese Society in Quality and Safety in healthcare. Hammoud is also advisor to the WHO Academy, to the board of Elsevier – MENA, and member of Harvard Business School – GCC.
