Between 2024 and 2025, the firm acquired two IVF centers in Riyadh and Jeddah at a valuation of $30 million, and invested $10 million to build a flagship center in Riyadh due to open early 2026. Global Fertility is backed by prominent Saudi and U.A.E. institutional investors. Dubai Investments have 34.3% stake in the company. Bnoon, under Global Fertility, performs 5,000 IVF cycles annually in Saudi Arabia. Abu Zant is also cofounder and Chairman of Ovasave, the region's first femtech startup focusing on women's fertility and reproductive health.
