Asif cofounded PureHealth in 2006 and became group CEO in 2023. She leads one of the Middle East's largest integrated healthcare groups, comprising over 110 hospitals, 316 clinics, 145 diagnostic labs, health insurance, 100 pharmacies, health technology and strategic investments across the UAE, US, UK, Greece, and Cyprus. In H1 2026, PureHealth reported over $4 billion in revenues and had $15.6 billion in total assets. In 2026, it launched the University of Nicosia campus in Athens and SAKINA for Children and oversaw the SEHA Corniche Hospital groundbreaking. Asif also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Institute of Applied Technology.
