Total assets stood at $165.2 billion as of September 2025. In 2025, it secured $3.4 billion in financing for the Rumah 1 and Nairyah 1 power projects and $2.9 billion alongside Acwa for the Qurayyah IPP expansion. In January 2026, SEC issued $2.4 billion in sukuk.
