Founded in 1960, Rajhi Invest is a diversified Saudi conglomerate with holdings spanning banking, FMCGs, building materials, industrials, hospitality, capital markets, and real estate. In 2024, the company completed the acquisition of Hadeed through Rajhi Steel, alongside Saudi Arabia’s PIF, and the acquisition of Naba El Maa. It also ventured into large-scale hospitality projects, including MENA Gate, a hotel with over 1,100 rooms in Makkah. In March 2025, Rajhi Invest sold a 40% stake in Berain Water Company to Hassana Investment Company, the investment arm of Saudi Arabia’s General Organization for Social Insurance.
