The Kanoo Group was established in the U.A.E. in 1967, following business ventures in other regions. The company has since expanded across industries, including shipping, travel, energy, real estate, logistics, machinery, and specialty chemicals. In December 2024, Kanoo Energy, in partnership with India’s Adage Automation, launched Adage Kanoo Analytical Industry, a joint venture providing advanced gas analytical solutions in the U.A.E. In February 2025, Kanoo Energy, a subsidiary of the Kanoo Group, signed an MoU with TOYO Engineering India Private Limited for engineering innovation and sustainable energy solutions.
