In June 2022, Kami Viswanathan moved into her current position at FedEx, where she has worked since 2021. In October 2024, FedEx entered into a service agreement with Abu Dhabi Customs focused on improving operational efficiency and integrating digital systems. In January 2025, the company also signed an MoU with Emirates Post to offer FedEx’s international services at 68 locations throughout the U.A.E. Viswanathan is also a fellow at the Aspen Global Leadership Network and serves on the board of the U.S.-India Business Council and Harvard Business School’s South Asia advisory board.
