Alkalash joined the company and assumed his current role in 2024. Zoom announced investments of $75 million and launched a local data center in Saudi Arabia at LEAP 2025. It also secured a master service agreement with PIF and its subsidiaries, went live with Saudi Aramco’s UCaaS project, and led digital healthcare education initiatives with MCIT in Egypt. Alkalash is also the founder of CyberX, a multinational cybersecurity awareness platform.
