Poduval is the CEO and founding member of Saal.ai, which was established in 2018. A subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Capital Group (ADCG), Saal.ai develops made-in-U.A.E. AI products and platforms, including DigiXT, AcademyX, Data Prism 360, and Market Hub. In January 2026, Saal.ai launched SovereignGPT, an on-premise generative AI platform developed in collaboration with U.S. cloud computing firm Nutanix. Poduval is a member of ADCG’s technology committee and previously served as founding CTO and board member of Alef Education.
