Al Gaddah has led MAG Lifestyle Development, the real estate arm of MAG Group, since 2014. As of March 2026, the company oversees projects valued at over $5 billion. The company is also spanning luxury via the Keturah brand, which Al Gaddah founded in Dubai in 2022. In June 2025, MAG Group launched Riviera Heights, a residential development in Marsa Zayed in Jordan. In May 2025, MAG Group and CITIC Limited signed an MoU to develop Keturah Ardh, a $6 billion project spanning 1.7 million square meters.
