Al-Dhaheri was appointed to his current position in 2020. IMKAN is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Capital with a portfolio of 26 projects spanning five countries. In December 2025, IMKAN acquired a 51% stake in Majestic Marine Investments Group to expand its portfolio of services and establish in-house marine construction capabilities. Previously, Al-Dhaheri was the CEO of Musanada Abu Dhabi General Services Company.
