Amer became SODIC’s General Manager in February 2023. In 2025, SODIC reported $446 million in revenues and $1.9 billion in total assets. It also sold 1,788 units, delivered 2,083 units, and recorded gross contracted sales of $1 billion. In the same year, SODIC launched its newest East Cairo project, Eastvale. SODIC signed a $2.3 billion agreement last October with MIDAR for Investment and Urban Development to develop a residential project within MADA.
