Selim assumed his current role in 2022, leading the group's real estate portfolio. In October 2025, SEDCO acquired 25% of Tamasuk Holding Company, a subsidiary of Al Blagha Group managing $1.1 billion in Saudi infrastructure projects. In 2025, SEDCO signed two MoUs: the development of a 340,000 square meter mixed-use project in Al Rosefah, Makkah spanning residential, commercial, and hospitality assets, and a 477,000 square meter industrial warehousing and logistics park in Jeddah. Selim serves on the board of Azad Properties.
