Al Kooheji has held his current role at Kooheji Development Group’s since 2005. The company has delivered over 3,000 units and has over $2 billion in completed and ongoing projects. In August 2025, it partnered with NHC to expand its presence in Saudi Arabia, launching the 798,000 square meter Rewan Al Ruba residential project, a community aligned with Saudi Vision 2030’s housing objectives of enhancing home ownership and developing integrated communities.
