Since co-founding the firm in 2006, Tabani has led Prescott Real Estate Development to the delivery of over $1 billion across 2,500 units. He currently manages a project pipeline valued at over $500 million, with 1,447 units under construction. In November 2025, Prescott launched The Caden at Meydan Horizon valued at $177 million, and also launched the 156-key Fairway Residences.
